I Love Fred
(I'm now addicted to starting New Topics,Great Lol)

Fred's Transformation was Epic
Why Do you think she changed so much??
What part of the Crazy Taco Lady did she keep?
and How did you take the stages she went through to become the Confident Woman she was when she died?
Also if you want Her Death&Illyria are up for discussion.

I'm wondering why Illyria was received as well as she was by Wesley, Gunn, Spike, and the others.

I think the reason Wes was so accommadating was because he LOVED Fred.
He is apprehensive it takes alot of soul searching and fine aged whisky to get him on board.Lol
and I don't think Gunn ever got over his part in her death...I think he was uncomfortable upto the final frame of the series.
Spike on the other hand reacts the way his past dictates "Fred is Gone, lets move on with our lives".

I don't think any of them ever feel completely comfortable in her presence.

I love Fred. A lot. She is a great character and I like how no matter how much she grows, the show never forgets who Fred really is. I never had issues with how she went out, mostly because there was that one scene in the lab where she shouted how she couldn't let this thing take her, that she had to fight. And I think that basically sums up who Fred is. She's a survivor. My favorite episode for her is probably "The Magic Bullet" because it's basically her against the world, just like in Pylea, and she comes out on top, again.

She's the reason 'The Magic Bullet' ranks so high in my books.
