I remember first watching New Moon Rising, and thinking to myself 'Yippie' when Oz came back. I loved Oz's character and was so happy to see him back. My next thought however was "Oh no, Tara'. Although we had not gotten to know her as well as Oz at this point, her vulnerability had already gotten to me and there was something so sweet about her and Willow related to each other.

If I had to choose, I'd defiantly have to go with Tara. Like I said, I loved Oz, but something about the way Tara and Willow related to each other was so special.

I do agree tho that that Oz - close second, and Kennedy shouldn't even be in the running. She was not sweet or nice, just loud and annoying
