A good long while back I noticed a pattern with their names

Holland Manners
Lilah Morgan
Lindsey McDonald
Lee Mercer
Linwood Murrow
Gavin Parks

With the exception of Gavin(and sorta Holland)the names are exclusively L.M initials.

I've heard this mentioned a lot and the consensus seems to be that the attorneys are all named after the Devil: Lucifer Morningstar. One thing I read even mentioned that in the first season, each Wolfram & Hart attorney (Lee Mercer, Lilah Morgan, and Lindsey McDonald) represented a different part of Lucifer since he is described as a three-headed beast in lots of writing.

At least Holland Manners is just an homage to a few executive producers, if my memory serves me correctly.
