I didn't see a thread here yet for the Tim Minear interview episode so I took the liberty of starting one! Smiley

This was just mentioned on Whedonesque so that should draw in many new Whedon fans to checkout the podcast...

Hey, Kevin. Thanks for telling me. That's awesome.
Missy, that's sweet. I'm glad you think my voice is soothing. Not so soothing when I'm yelling at my wee daughters.

Great Interview

If you ever get the chance to listen to the commentary for 'Lullaby' you get to hear Tim repeat the whole Darla Story AGAIN.Lol
I knew the Glenn Quinn story too.
But the rest was NEW & really really Interesting.

That was a great interview. One of the few that I'm actually saving to listen to again.

I just wanna say that I agree with everyone else, this is really an awesome, awesome interview. Tim Minear is my favorite writer on Angel and I was so happy to hear his thoughts on the show (particularly on "Billy" -- makes me appreciate the episode much more now). It's great to hear that he thought of the Buffy/Angel relationship as Angel's rebound because that makes so, so, so much sense. Thank you so much for the interview! It was a really great listen to.

I was really happy to hear Tim mention Wonderfalls, one of my favorite "one Hit wonder" shows, and one of the few shows to be treated worse by a TV network than Firefly.

I agree with everyone else, great interview.

I'm glad everyone liked the interview. More to come from other Buffy/Angel people soon, I hope.

If folks want to hear more of Tim's comments he's done a couple of Dollhouse episode commentaries with John Pavlich over at the Sofa Dogs podcast...

Finally managed to listen to this. Awesome interview, really nice to get something this long instead of the short snippets like the DVD extras. It's so great when the creators are fans of the show as well.

Did Tim prep for this interview or does he really have this good memory? Remembering something that didn't happen some ten years ago requires some talent  Tongue

No prep for Tim. I think he really loves his work. And he seems to love to talk.
