Here's my 2 cents' on "Gingerbread"

Liked the concept of the demon that thrives on paranoia.  Us Angel fans will parallel this to one of my favorite Angel episodes "Are You Now or Have You Ever Been".  In keeping with the notion that Angel is the "darker" series, I gotta say I loved the ending there.

For what might be the best treatment of paranoid behaviour, see the classic Twilight Zone episode "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street"

Cordelia had some of the best lines. The one Bryan mentioned " . . .whatever the boy of witch is", but it continued on with "plus being the poster child for 'yuck'"; also her "I hate you" to Giles when he told her where the toadstone came from, and my favorite, to Giles "One of these days you're going to wake up in a coma"

Okay that Cordelia line while funny and fairly nonsensical is rather eery when you consider what happened in "You're Welcome."

When I first saw Gingerbread, The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street was the first thing that came to mind, although I liked that much better.
