Everyone probably knows this, but Nick has a recurring character on Criminal Minds and had a recurring character in a recent story arc on Private Practice. I have only caught him on Criminal Minds, and I think he does a great job. It's hard for me to see him as anyone but Xander, though. But I think that's me, not his inadequacies as an actor.
